Jos Opdeweegh
Chief Executive Officer

Jos is 43. He has been the Chairman of Americold since April 2008, and is currently the CEO. Previously he was the President and CEO of TDS Logistics/Syncreon for a period of 8 years, as well as managing director for Europe of TDS Automotive for a period of 3 years. TDS Logistics/Syncreon is a global provider of specialized logistics services to the automotive and the technology sector. Jos joined TDS Automotive after a brief career in the financial services industry, mainly at BNP Paribas, focusing on corporate banking. Jos has a Masters degree in Engineering, as well as an MBA, both obtained in Europe.

Ronald B. Hutchison
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ron joined Americold in August 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations.
With more than 35 years of professional experience, Ron previously served as EVP & CFO of Interstate Bakeries Corp. (IBC) in Kansas City, Missouri, handling all aspects of IBC’s financial operations, including treasury, controller, tax, risk management and investor relations. Before IBC, he was the EVP and Chief Restructuring Officer at Aurora Foods Inc. in St. Louis. Ron oversaw Aurora’s successful restructuring and merger with Pinnacle Foods. From 2002-2003, he was EVP and Chief Restructuring Officer of Kmart Corp in Troy, Michigan and led its restructuring and successful emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Over his extensive career, Ron has held executive level financial positions with Advantica Restaurant Group, Leaseway Transportation Corp., Clecon Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co.
An Ohio native, Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Akron University, and he is a certified public accountant.

Neal J. Rider
COO and President for International Business

Neal has been affiliated with AmeriCold since November 2004. Prior to joining AmeriCold, he was involved in a variety of retail and distribution acquisition and portfolio opportunities with the Yucaipa Companies. Neal previously worked for Fleming Companies, Inc. where he last served as Executive Vice President of Business and Operations Development. He led the operations of its successful $2 billion convenience distribution division through its acquisition of CoreMark, Inc.
The majority of Neal's career was spent serving American Stores Company -- a $20 billion dollar food and drug retailer -- and its various divisions. At American, he held the positions of SVP-Health Care Operations, SVP-Procurement and Logistics Company, Treasurer and Controller. Neal was the Chief Financial Officer of American when it merged with Albertson's in 1999.
A Montana native, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah in 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Montana. Neal is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the Board of Directors of TDS Automotive Logistics, Inc.

Chris Hughes
Executive Vice President, Domestic Business Development
|
Chris joined AmeriCold in October of 2003 and is responsible for new business development, marketing, business analysis, and supply chain solution services for AmeriCold.
Prior to joining AmeriCold, Chris served as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Avon Products, Inc. where he was responsible for leading global supply chain reengineering and software implementation initiatives for Avon's five global operating units and as Senior Director, Logistics where he was responsible for the management of international and domestic logistics for the company's $ 2.3 billion U.S. business unit. He has served as a senior consultant with Coopers & Lybrand's supply chain strategy practice and as Manager of International Logistics for L.A. Gear.
A native of Massachusetts, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in Production and Inventory Management.

Tim Oglesby
CIO and Executive Vice President, Process & Technology
|
Tim joined Americold in September 2008. In his current role, Tim is responsible for all aspects of Process and Technology including: Quality, Lean Sigma Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Information Technology (IT).
Tim’s prior IT senior management experience includes serving the automotive logistics, automotive parts manufacturing, leasing, railcar manufacturing, and aerospace industries. This management experience is balanced with a strong technical background in IT and continuous improvement. Tim has over 30 years of experience with prior executive leadership roles at Syncreon, Magna Donnelly, GE Capital, Trinity Industries and Northrop Grumman.
Prior to joining Americold, Tim has extensive background in IT, quality, six sigma continuous improvement, corporate strategy, and R&D functions. Tim holds undergraduate degrees in Math and Chemistry.

Greg Bryan
Executive Vice President, Transportation
|
Greg joined AmeriCold in May of 2002 and is responsible for Americold's Transportation group and the National Customer Service Center.
Prior to joining AmeriCold, Greg served as the General Manager of Transportation at Ryder Integrated Logistics where he was responsible for leading Ryder's 3rd Party non asset based global Transportation group. During his tenure, the annual Transportation buy grew to over $1.5 billion annually. Prior to his tenure at Ryder, Greg held key management positions in the start up of LogiCorp, a logistics management company later purchased by Ryder. He has also held key leadership positions in Transportation with Ford New Holland and Union Carbide.
A native of Pennsylvania, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the Pennsylvania State University.

Grant Barker
Executive Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs
|
Grant joined Americold January 1 2009. Prior to that time, Grant held the same position with TDS Logistics, Inc. (now Syncreon) a global supplier of supply chain logistics to the automotive industry, a position which he held since January of 2000. Prior to that time, he was a senior managing partner of a major law firm in London, Ontario, Canada where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and financings. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a BA and LLB.
