Atlanta, GA April 7, 2009- Americold has added an additional service to its portfolio of services in the Reverse Logistics Program. The program offers customers an added solution to any exception or delivery problem. This program also solves the returns track and trace problem by utilizing i3pl technology to maintain inventory visibility. We offer a dedicated OSD team to partner with the reverse logistics team and offer full circle solutions to each individual problem.
We maintain a network of 12 return service centers throughout the country within the Americold warehouse network. Program services include storage and handling, rework, relabeling, redelivery ability and access to our extensive secondary market for resaleability. The Reverse Logistics Program offers transportation, track and trace ability,complete network storage and one point contact in the event of customer recalls.
